Ayurveda Medicines for Hysteria & Fainting

Mass hysteria presenting as collective symptoms of disease is sometimes referred to as mass psychogenic illness or epidemic hysteria. Mass hysteria typically begins when an individual becomes ill or hysterical during a period of stress. After this initial individual shows symptoms, others begin to manifest similar symptoms, typically nausea, muscle weakness, fits, or headache. Sightings of modern religious miracles are often attributed to mass hysteria.

Aswagandharishta: Useful in epilepsy nervous debility and mental derangement. A nervine tonic.
Dosage: To be taken with an equal quantity of water in 10 ml dosage after meals.

Rasarajarasa: An infallible remedy for hysteria and various manifestations of hysteria such as paralysis, tremors, and various types of convulsions.
Dosage: 1 g = 5 doses. One dose twice daily with Aswagandharista for hysteria and with the juice of ginger added with honey for paralysis.

Chandravarthirasa: A boon to people suffering from periodical headaches and other symptoms of deranged liver and spleen.
Dosage: 1 g = 5 doses. To be taken both morning and evening with Madeephalarasayana.

VAN Swarnasuryavarthi: To be used for chronic nausea, vomiting, distaste, and all bilious ailments. Very useful in jaundice, liver, and spleen disorders. Useful in mental disorders also.
Dosage: 1g = 5 doses To be used twice daily with Madeephalarasayana in general and with Saraswatarishta for depression and mental disorders or as directed by the physician.

Suryavarthi: A result-oriented product to neutralize liver dysfunctioning.
Dosage: One tablet twice a day at your convenience.

Yogendra Rasa (2g): A great nervine tonic in Ayurveda.Gives strength to the nerves, heart, and brain.
Dosage: 1 g = 5 doses. One dose twice daily with juice of dry grapes (or) draksharishta (or) with Milk added with sugar candy.

Madeephalarasayana: Cures biliousness in the system. A tasty syrup. Can be used by one and all.
Dosage: 5ml to 10ml. To be used twice daily.

Chandanadi Taila: Very useful for application to the head in hysteria. Helps to cool the brain.
Dosage: To be used externally to the head and body for massage, once or twice daily.

Brahmi (Saraswati) Taila: Cures fainting insanity, and hysteria and cools the system.
Dosage: To be applied on the head twice daily. Useful for oil baths.

For better results use this ayurvedic medication for a minimum period of 3 months.
